Seapointe Village Apartments is a pet friendly community, allowing for indoor cats and dogs 25 lbs and under. There is a $500 pet deposit, as well as an additional $25 monthly pet rent. Breed restrictions apply. Contact the leasing office for more details.

At Seapointe Village Apartments, each unit is assigned one parking spot. Most spaces are inside sublevel parking garage. Some units will be assigned a spot outside of the garage, either covered or uncovered. Guests will have to find street parking, as there are no extra spots available.
